The Fool 0 Tarot Card MAJOR ARCANA

The Fool Card
0 Tarot Card
Beginning
MAJOR ARCANA

Keywords: Childlike wonder, Playfulness, Carefree, Unrestricted, Hopeful

The Fool Major Arcana 0 ( Meaning)

The first card of the Tarot Deck is The Fool. The Fool is not typically a fool. It rather means a free-spirited person, an innocent soul standing at the edge, ready to take a leap into the unknown. Now that can appear to other people as being foolish because the Fool doesn't care what lies ahead. The fool doesn't have any doubts, self-imposed limitations or fears. Its a traveler unaware of what lies ahead and happy with what nature is providing and that makes the Fool Abundant as well. Life and its challenges often pull people down. Wisdom is to act like a person who doesn't see problems like difficult situations. It's just a part and parcel of the journey and they have no impact or weightage. We are the ones who create  them and learning to ignore them gives us a freeway in life.

A dog is man's best friend and in the card the dog is a friendly companion who is there to warn him. It's symbolic that the fool is not completely alone. The dog is a positive being here who is simply protective and hanging out with the Fool. But the Fool still pays no head and sings a merry song and keeps moving on.

In reverse position all of this becomes opposite and the reader is worrisome and stressful.
